Summary:
Demonstrate knowledge of computerized processes regarding accuracy of documents, maintain confidentiality of patient information, demonstrates knowledge of state and federal regulations which are pertinent to the medical information of the patient chart.
Qualifications:
Education Associate's degree in health information technology or a related field is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience 2 years of health information management (HIM) experience or related field is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
