Responsible for maintaining calendars, scheduling, uploading documents, mailings, filing, and other various duties.
Must have excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, as well as handle and prioritize multiple duties or projects in order to meet deadlines is a necessity.
Able to work as a team player or independently while consistently delivering a high quality of work is also required, as well as being flexible, reliable, organized and self-motivated.
Mon-Thurs 8:
30am-5:
00pm.
Fri 8:
30am-4:
00pm at our O'Fallon IL Location.
