Responsibilities:
Lead Distribution and Management:
Efficiently distribute new leads to sales associates or BDC agents in a timely manner.
Monitor lead progress and provide guidance and support to ensure effective lead management and conversion.
Sales Team Support:
Work closely with sales associates to manage their daily work plan, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently.
Collaborate with sales managers to address any unresponsive salespeople and provide coaching and support as necessary.
Sales Process Optimization:
Work with sales associates and managers to ensure adherence to the sales process.
Review and enhance the process as needed to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Email and Communication Management:
Respond to emails promptly, addressing inquiries, providing information, and coordinating appointments as necessary.
Ensure effective communication between the BDC and sales staff, fostering collaboration and timely follow-up.
Appointment and Showroom Visit Tracking:
Review set appointments with sales staff and management, ensuring accuracy and follow-up as needed.
Collaborate with sales associates and managers to ensure showroom visits are properly recorded and closed.
Team Training and Development:
Conduct regular training sessions with BDC agents/salespeople to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the CRM system and established processes.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
Sales Performance Analysis:
Review closing percentages with BDC agents/salespeople, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
Evaluate the ROI of paid lead services and collaborate with third-party providers to optimize results.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of sales in the automotive industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with sales associates, managers, and third-party providers.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
