This position works closely with and supports upper-level executive management but interacts with every department within the Dealer Group.
You will report directly to the company's owner.
From setting up logins for newly hired staff and ensuring they have the proper access and permissions to maintaining historical sales records, very few things are outside of this position's scope.
Need to have lunch catered for 100 people? You're on it.
Need to figure out why a customer's license plate isn't reading properly at the car wash? You're on your way.
Need to know how many green F-150s were sold to men named Steve on cloudy days in April of 2019? You'll send the report over shortly.
No two days are the same and the ideal candidate will be the type to adapt and redirect easily.
Time management and organization are essential as this position works autonomously and with little supervision.
Microsoft Excel is used daily, and the ideal candidate will be proficient in the complex formulas and formatting used to get the full benefit from this program.
Because of the nature of the position, complete discretion is required when dealing with confidential information.
Because every day is a new adventure, this position doesn't grow stagnant.
There's always something new to learn or a new change to help roll out.
You'll collaborate with every department and maintain relationships with many employees.
Plus, it comes with a private office with a view! Primary Responsibilities (not inclusive):
Generate, prepare, and distribute reports.
Extensive use of Excel.
Collaborate to plan and execute various events, lunches, and meetings.
Involves travelling offsite to run errands, make pickups, etc.
Onboarding/offboarding and resource assignment.
Creating accounts for required resources, revoking access to resources, and troubleshooting login/access information.
Will require mastery of multiple platforms, websites, and programs as well as understanding of hierarchy and access rights.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Docs/Sheets.
Specifically, expert-level skills with Excel formulas.
High level of discretion.
This position is often exposed to sensitive and confidential information and will need to prevent it from being divulged.
Highly organized with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
This position is involved in many different projects from numerous departments all with different timelines and requirements.
Resourceful and self-sufficient.
This position is often requested to jump in and get up to speed on new programs, features, products, etc.
and will require someone who can do the research and investigation on their own then help teach/inform others.
Flexibility in working hours.
This position is often required to come in early and/or stay late depending on the requirements of the day and task.
Very occasional Saturday hours may be required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
