Must be hardworking, organized and a team player! Oral Surgery office experience is a plus.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of Dental insurance processes Enjoy working in a team environment Strong problem-solving skills and engaging interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency in EMR software Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Understanding of Insurance Plans both dental and medical Job Responsibilities Manage all treatment plans for patients to ensure estimates are correct Oversee the submission of dental claims to ensure treatment is billed properly Communicate with patients regarding insurance questions prior to surgery Assist in submitting medical claims and following up with payment Assist in mailing monthly statements and collection letters Knowledge of dental and medical coding Assist in the auditing of patient accounts Serves as a liaison between insurance carriers, staff and patients to resolve any concerns and maintain a positive working relationship Ensures all insurance related duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner to ensure excellent patient relations and financial success for the Practice Respond efficiently to patient needs and inquiries Benefits are paid for the employee at 100% AFTER 60 days (medical, dental , vision) 6 paid holidays a year Paid vacation 401k WITH 3% ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION Benefit Conditions:
