We offer a wide variety of products including windows, doors, millwork and cabinetry to professional builders, remodelers and retail customers.
We've been in business for over 60 years and currently have two large showrooms located in Fenton, MO, and Shiloh, IL.
Position:
Wilke Window & Door, Inc.
is currently hiring for the position of Dispatch Assistant at its Shiloh, Illinois location.
Candidate will be responsible for scheduling, routing and dispatching deliveries of building material products to private residences and commercial job sites.
Candidate will also assist the Dispatch Manager with general office duties including answering telephone calls and email correspondence, maintaining files, copying/faxing paperwork, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders.
Manage all important documents and paperwork associated with deliveries.
Respond to customers efficiently, thoroughly, and professionally.
Enter data into various systems accurately and efficiently.
Assist Dispatch Manager with general office duties.
Resolve issues regarding shipped and received orders.
Requirements:
Professional experience with transportation/logistics helpful.
Related degree preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Illinois and Missouri geography preferred.
Proficient with MS Office/Outlook Strong record-keeping skills.
Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette capabilities Must possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills required.
