Management Duties Manage day to day operations of this location Oversee a staff of 3-4 employee Collaborate with managers, team members, and doctors from other office locations.
Create and maintain a pleasant work environment while promoting efficiency, communication, and organization Ensure office provides exemplary customer service Manage insurance claims- ensure claims are submitted in a timely manner and follow-up on unpaid claims Track office metrics and motivate staff to achieve goals Manage office correspondence and inquiries from patients and vendors Teamwork duties consist of:
Act as a backup to all departments during high-volume or employee absence Assist front desk by answering phones & scheduling patients Assist with working up patients or scribing for the doctor when needed Assist with glasses & contact lens sales, completing transactions & collecting copays.
Qualifications:
Customer service orientated Previous management experience preferred Problem solving & critical thinking skills Great attention to detail Have a positive attitude, adaptable, warm, caring, and extroverted personality A self-starter in learning and working Have confidence, poise, motivation, and enthusiasm Knowledgeable with computers, social media, information technology, and internet savvy.
