Summary:
The Property Manager assists with planning and directing operations of the real estate portfolio, including routine inspections of building and grounds maintenance, safety, and facilities planning.
Assists in the management of the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the real estate department.
Qualifications:
Education Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Associate degree in Real Estate or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience Qualifications 2 years of experience in commercial real estate management is required.
2 years of property maintenance experience is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Professional designation from Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
