Do you have what it takes? JOB DESCRIPTION As an event coordinator, you will meet with potential clients to show them the available space and help them visualize their unique event here, among over 200 classic cars.
We are not your typical banquet room with 4 walls! You will create a custom event from proposal to contract, selling event space with confidence.
In addition, you will coordinate with the marketing team to help promote our venue and booked events.
RESPONSIBILITIES Generate and respond to inquiries for event bookings at our facility Schedule and meet with prospective clients for facility tours Handle contract creation and execution for each event Work with each client for layout and setup details Schedule and staff for events Develop marketing plans for generating event revenues Manage event inventory Coordinate with third parties as needed for event execution Set up and break down for events as needed.
Coordinate and support monthly Caffeine and Chrome events for all showrooms Answer phones Handle inbound chats QUALIFICATIONS 2-5 years' experience with event planning and execution HS diploma or equivalent required Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills Proven track record of increasing event bookings Typing Skills Phone Etiquette Microsoft Office Proficiency HOURS Our Showroom is open Monday-Saturday, 9am-5pm.
Because this position handles events, hours would also include nights and weekends during events.
