ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Assist residents with all aspects of home living, including but not limited to cooking, cleaning, personal development, taking medications, recreational activities.
Ensure resident medication needs are met by monitoring and documenting medication regimen.
Brings any health issues to supervisors' attention.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and families and maintain positive relationships and lines of communication.
Assists residents with making monetary purchases/exchanges.
Works with residents in the community in order to assist residents in utilizing resources and developing natural supports.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The agency requires a High School diploma or G.
E.
D.
Experience working in a residential setting with individuals with DD is preferred.

Must have vehicle, licensed to drive and auto insurance to transport clients.
Must be able to pass DSP training.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
