Job Duties:
Maintains and updates outbound calling files to facilitate daily workflow.
Communicates with call center leadership to coordinate outbound calling campaigns on a weekly basis.
Maintains production reports and provides regular progress updates to call center leadership using statistical analysis.
Provides daily call productivity reports to call center leadership.
Analyzes call center reporting data to provide a real-time view of campaign productivity.
Compiles mailing lists for specific marketing initiatives.
Participates in the execution of strategic outbound calling initiatives to maximize efficiency.
Works as a key member of the Account Management Team to ensure specific expectations are achieved.
Plays a primary role in the configuration of data used for both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
Maintains telephonic data.
Ensures Do Not Call files are maintained in a timely manner by removing and adding information as required.
Maintains daily calling files to support the initiatives of the marketing team.
Maintains outbound calling files through an internal platform.
Updates information to assist call center leadership to determine staffing forecasts.
Assists with special projects as needed.
