Leidos is looking for a highly motivated individual who will provide administrative support for the Operations and Sustainment program - a globally dispersed team of over 750 people. This position will execute and support administrative duties under the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager with the goal of providing outstanding customer service to the GSM-O II customer and team. Responsibilities:
Provide support functions to prepare and track general office correspondence, coordinate meetings, and manage calendar appointments. Reserve meeting space, assist with agenda preparation, setup of audio/video, and meeting invites Onboard/offboard personnel Coordinate visit requests Tracks and manages employee training and certification compliance Track and report monthly/annual employee attrition Act as the site POC for Leidos environmental safety and health team Research policy/guidance regarding Leidos policies, travel, etc., as needed Assist the leadership team with planning, developing, monitoring, and executing actions required to manage the organization's administrative functions Analyze, research, and investigate new and improved business and management practices for application within the Program Office Coordinate with a variety of customers, peers, and management levels Manage office supplies Assistant Basic
Qualifications:
High school diploma and 3
years of experience in a relevant role Outstanding organizational skills, an attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are a must Excellent knowledge using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint applications Knows how to use the Internet as a data gathering and communicating tool Skilled in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing Ability to work both independently and as a team member Strong relationship-building and diplomacy skills A professional demeanor is a must Clearance:
