We are seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in computer systems.
This role requires managing the front desk operations efficiently and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls appropriately - Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and dresses appropriate - Manage incoming and outgoing emails - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning and filing - Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly - Learn about medical spa procedures and skin care to offer basic knowledge when asked on the phone
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role - Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office - Excellent customer service skills - Knowledge of office management procedures - Organization is a must - Familiarity with phone etiquette - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in a medical office setting is a plus This position offers the opportunity to work in a women's health setting with both medical and medical spa procedures.
Small office requires excellent interpersonal communication skills.
