As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the strategic implementation and execution of policies and procedures relating to our most important asset- our employees.
You will partner with senior leadership to ensure the goals of the organization are carried out.
Provides leadership across organizational levels in regard to employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and compensation Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance Partners with 3rd party resources to maintain and develop employee benefit programs, recruitment campaigns, and hiring processes Manages onboarding, leave, investigation, and hiring procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
SHRM or HRCI professional certification preferred.
Multi-state/unit organizational experience preferred.

years of progressive Human Resources Business partner experience.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Committed to professionalism, integrity, and honesty.
