Description Seeking a Technical Lead Specialist capable of leading the successful delivery of strategic and tactical Digital solutions supporting the Retail Consumer Lending business. The Technical Lead Specialist will be experienced with the Blaze rules engine from FairIsaac (FICO) or similar.  Capable of leading/ training a group of engineers with end-to-end responsibilities for delivering quality global technology solutions. Incumbent should have demonstrated team collaboration skills. Qualifications 5+ years' proven technical experience/ "hands on" rules engine experience with FICO Blaze Advisor and other Decision Engine products.  3+ years banking industry experience - This position has responsibilities for all phases of the system development lifecycle.  From business requirements through production implementation. Provides technical leadership over large software development initiatives.  - Ability to pick up new technologies, solve complex technical problems and multitask between different projects- Solid Architectural and Software life cycle experience for enterprise software- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment- Experience working with onshore/offshore applications development is a plus - Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities- Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- BS or equivalent degree in Computer Science or equivalent field- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Must be committed to professional growth of self and team - self-motivated! Required knowledge: o An expert with "hands on" technical experience o Experience leading & driving an engineering team o Expert knowledge of Decision Engine technology, preferably Blaze rules engine from FairIsaac (FICO) o Strong knowledge of JSP, JavaScript, HTML, XLST, SOAP, Web Services, MQ o Rational Team Concert (RTC), version control apps o Websphere o Unix environment and Unix Shell Scripts o Banking business knowledge o Mainframe interface savvy a plus! The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
