Vehicle Description Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is excited to offer this humble Patina 1969 GMC 1500 Long Bed Pickup Truck for sale on consignment at our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix.
Classic Pickup Trucks continue to rise in value across the board and now is an excellent chance to pick one up (pardon the pun)! As you might be able to tell from looking at the script on the patinaed paint-job, this GMC originated in South Carolina and is mostly stock in appearance, interior and mechanicals.
Wood panels can be found in the 8ft truck bed, providing plentiful storage or hauling room.
The seller recently moved to Arizona from the south east and claims he drove this '69 GMC the whole way without issue! It has its original cast iron 305 CID 6 engine under the hood that General Motors advertised was good for light duty use and of course easier on fuel consumption than the larger and heavier V8 blocks.
Indeed, it appears to be in great running order.
A 3-speed manual transmission with the shifter located on the column is all this Long Bed needs to get to work.
Several components have been replaced recently including a new fuel sending unit, battery and a couple of cosmetic items such as glass and a dash pad.
Inside it's like stepping back in time with a Blue cloth/vinyl bench seat and stock instrumentation.
This 1969 GMC 1500 Long Bed for sale is a time capsule, daily driver and a classic truck all in one.
This is an excellent ownership opportunity for all the above reasons and more! Give our helpful and knowledgeable Sales staff a call at (623) 900-4884 to find out how to get this vehicle in your driveway before someone else does!
