The iconic Camaro was introduced in 1966 for the 1967 model year.
Being designed by General Motors to directly compete with the Ford Mustang.
During its long successful run Chevrolet has sold more than five million Camaros.
The first generation Camaro ran from 1967-1969 offering trim packages including a standard, Super Sport and a Z28 model was added in the last half of 1967.
In 1969 the Camaro received all new sheet metal except for the hood and deck lid,resulting in a much sportier look.
New door skins and rear quarter panels gave the 69 Camaro a much wider/lower stance.
Our 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Yenko S/C Clone is a great example of the muscle car era.
