For Sale: 1972 Pontiac Grand Prix in O'Fallon, Illinois for sale in O Fallon, IL
Vehicle Description Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1972 Pontiac Grand Prix! By the early 1960s Pontiac had a well-established brand.
They wanted to introduce a new car to replace the Ventura and with the help of John DeLorean they introduced the Grand Prix and soon after the GTO.
The Grand Prix would have a great run spanning the greater part of 5 decades across 7 generations from 1962-2008! Here we have a 1972, the final year of the second generation and a model J to be exact.
Envision walking out of the store at night, the parking lot lights are scattered around but the evening moon illuminates the ground lighting the way.
Approaching your car a smile comes across your face as you take in the beautiful blue paint that even under the moonlight has a shine.
The black vinyl top along with the black rims with silver outer rings really sets it off and gives it an aggressive stance.
Under the hood you'll find the 400ci V8 mated to a Turbo 400 automatic transmission.
This car runs, drives and shifts smooth and is a comfortable cruiser! The current owner has had her for 6 years and acquired from a local dealer.
This car comes with a lot of original paperwork including the following:
original build sheet, sales contract, protect-o-plate, and a thorough maintenance history.
Car is titled as a 1972 Pontiac Grand Prix, is clean and clear and ready to be transferred into your name now! Title and maintenance history should be enough to substantiate actual original miles at 40,524.
Options on this Grand Prix are:
A/C, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Vinyl Interior, AM/FM Radio and Radial Tires.
This 1972 Pontiac Grand Prix is offered by our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100
