Vehicle Description Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1975 Triumph TR6! Near the end of the 60's British manufacturer Triumph decided to replace the TR5 and naturally the TR6 was born.
The TR6 production would run for the better part of a decade spanning 1968-1976.
At its time it outperformed all previous TR6s in sales.
Of the over 90k TR6s made over the years less than 10% were actually sold in the United Kingdom, all other were exported.
Here we have one of the final years of the TR6, a 1975 model.
The paint commands your attention right away as you approach the car.
Exterior was sprayed in Scion Orange and looks great! The black top is new and goes well with the color of the car.
The black vinyl interior is also in great shape.

5L Inline 6cyl engine mated to a 4-speed manual transmission.
This TR6 was subjected to a complete tear down of the body and painted and repaired.
The frame was inspected, cleaned and rustproofed.
