This 57 oval window body was mounted to a 1966 pan because the original 57 pan was too far gone.
What happened after the body and pan were married has resulted in a very clean and well executed extreme build.
Tucked neatly in the rear of this beetle is a CB Performance Turbocharged, Fuel Injected 2387cc engine, the owner states that its making 382hp on a modest tune! This engine was pulled and refreshed to specifications in the summer of 2023.

A Rancho Racing Bus Transmission with the U-Joint conversion and posi-traction was installed to handle the added power.
The transmission tunnel has been modified to fit the larger bus transmission.
A new wiring harness was installed as well as disc brakes on all 4 corners.
The Ford Tangerine paint job accompanies the tan Simpson Racing seats, tan leather tweed interior, reupholstered tan leather rear seat, tan painted 6 point rollcage and tan engine shroud resulting in a stunning presentation.
This is an original rag top car and the top has been reupholstered as well.
